Jagex proves their incompetence yet again.. since let's face it the crash form last time wasn't enough to smack them into attention. Sepember 6th there will be another double xp weekend.. and hence another crash. Remember how herb is still fucked over from the last double xp?

Someone help me out, what's the next level past facepalm?
