Rs bleeding out?

Well... it's safe to say rs isn't as sucessful as it used to be. Jagex keeps making updates that piss people off and it's slowing turning into just another WoW wannabe

So what I'm wondering is.. how much time do you think rs has left before they finally pull the plug?

Like not quitting.. but seriously laying off of it. Don't want to devote time to a dead game

Then again.. Jagex has a shitload of people working for them atm, and there's still about 150K active players

I have a feeling it's going to just crash one day.

Yea that's true.. but I mean at the same time it seems like the ppl playing has gone up since the dungeon update. Maybe it's a good thing who knows Razz

Jagex can't afford to pull the plug.

Do you realize how many people are STILL playing?

They're making decent money off of us. They won't pull the plug until they lose 30,000+ players at once. They lost 128 of 132 players cause of dungeoneering but are gaining more as people who've quit are returning.

I'm not losing hope on Rs yet, Jagex is smarter. And it's almost an impossibility that Jagex will go out of business within the next 1-3 years. After those 3 years, anything's possible.
