Girl that throws puppies

Now.. we joke about some sick things, but this shit is too much. Why the FUCK would anyone throw newborn puppies into a river. Rhetorical question, the bitch is smiling and laughing while doing it. Now here's the reason this is in Opinions and Debate, what the fuck punishment should someon- no sorry, something, like this deserve?

I personally vote rip her skin off and dunk her in salt. Shit like this just pisses me off to no end.

I may say some pretty sick (jokingly) things but that's just fucked up. You just don't do that. If you don't want the damn puppies give them to a homeless man. He could use the company.
